Lifetime Achievement Award

The Lifetime Achievement Award was created in 2010.  The award is presented during a special event to honour former members of the Parliament of Canada for their exceptional service to the public of Canada before, during and after their Parliamentary career. 

The inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to the Rt. Hon. Don Mazankowski during a gala dinner in Calgary in 2010.  In 2012, it will be presented to Alexa McDonough during a gala dinner at the Halifax World Trade Convention Centre on May 23, 2012.  Additional information and sponsorship information will be available shortly.
